Energy Tax Credit

Replace your home's old windows with Infinity® from Marvin. Windows purchased and installed after December 31, 2005 and before January 1, 2008 may be eligible to claim a Federal tax credit of up to $500 on your 2006 or 2007 tax return. Consult your tax planner and review all IRS guidelines to confirm eligibility.

How to qualify for the Tax Credit:*
1. Purchase and Install Infinity® from Marvin after December 31, 2005 and before January 1, 2008.
2. Save your sales receipt and product performance label (NFRC / ENERGY STAR® label) with your tax documents.
3. Claim the tax credit within the current year associated with your purchase and installation.

Details:
1. Tax credit is for the cost of the product only- does not include installation costs. Be sure to ask for a sales receipt that shows the cost of the product only.
2. Tax credit is 10% of the amount paid up to the maximums listed.
3. $500 total maximum tax credit for any and all improvements. (Including other eligible items as listed in the IRS Notice.)
4. $200 total maximum tax credit for qualifying windows and skylights.
5. $500 total maximum tax credit for qualifying doors.
6. If a combination of windows, skylights and doors are purchased, the total maximum credit is $500 of which $200 is the maximum allowable for windows and skylights.
